Such actions not only undermine LEDES brand reputation but also pose serious risks to consumer safety. That’s why Ledes published the Intellectual Property Rights Statement.

We hereby issue an official statement to address this matter:

• Protection of Intellectual Property: LEDES is steadfast in protecting our intellectual property rights. We declare that our UL certificates are a valuable asset developed through significant investments in research, development, and compliance. Any unauthorized use, alteration, or falsification of our certificates and improper use of our product photos is strictly prohibited.

• Legal Responsibility: We will not tolerate any form of certificate theft, image manipulation, or unauthorized modification of certificates and products photos. Should we discover any individual or entity engaging in such activities, LEDES reserves the right to pursue legal action against any party found to be infringing upon our intellectual property rights.

• Commitment to Brand Integrity: The unauthorized use, alteration, or falsification of LEDES UL certificates severely damages our brand image and jeopardizes the trust placed in our products.
