Why DB2 Conduit
Ledes Type DBII conduit is designed for use in concrete encased or masonry and direct burial installation. Type DB2 PVC is CSA certified,
tested by CSA Standard C22.2 No. 211.1:06.
Compared with the schedule 40 PVC conduit, DB2 conduit is lighter and fit for direct burial installation. At the same time, it still has excellent performance, such as 61 J impact resistance.
According to the C22.2 No. 211.1:06, the fire rated of DBii series conduits is up to FT4. In a word, the length of the flame coverage cannot exceed 1.5 meters within a 20-minute test. Ledes products not only fully meet the relevant requirements of CSA, but we have also upgraded them again with reference to the UL94 V-0 standard. The flame must be off within 5 seconds after the fire source is cut off, which exceeds the standard of UL94 V-0, and the flame must disappear within 10 seconds.

Ledes is a professional PVC electrical conduit and fittings factory, and we have two different facilities located in China. Our product is UL, CSA, ASTM, IEC, AS/NZS, ROHS, and CE certified.

Yes, Ledes offers fully customized services for electrical conduits and fittings. Not only the color and size, we can customize based on your construction project.
What is your MOQ?
Different size of conduit has different MOQs; if you talk about PVC conduit, it is generally 3,000 meters to 5,000 meters (9,850 ft to 16,500 ft), depending on size.
What is your lead time?
The general L/D is 15 – 30 days, but it depends on your quantity.
What is your shipping port?
We shipped goods to Guangzhou or Shenzhen port. Let us know if you have any special requests.
What is your payment term?
We accept 30% T/T pre-paid, and the rest 70% needs to be paid before shipment.
